My name is Christina Cruickshank. I am a piano instructor at Oak Valley Piano in Redlands. I offer private one on one lessons at the piano studio in Redlands. I also offer in home lessons in the Riverside area. I have been a classical pianist for the past 16 years. I have won awards and participated in many piano competitions and festivals in the Inland Empire. I have a deep love for music, teaching music, and performing. I teach children and adults of all ages and have experience with students of every age, starting with three years old. I specialize in getting even the youngest of students to understand, have fun, and grow in music. I believe you are never too young or old to start your musical journey. I also have many advanvced students who have great joy participating in my top performers recitals and who are constantly pushing their talent to new heights, discovering new styles and ways to express themselves through music. I greatly enjoy piano recitals and I hold one about every four months. I teach every student differently. I believe every student learns in a slightly different way. Learning music should be enjoyable and I never hesitate to teach my students their favorite songs on piano. When teaching with the young ones, I incorporate games and goals for them to excel. Nothing gives me more joy than to see people grow as a pianist and as a person. Music is my great passion in life, I love what I do and I would love for you to be apart of it!
