Kirstin has performed in plays since she was 4 years old. Casting large roles such Annie in the play Annie, Liesl in the play The Sound of Music. Kirstin then turned her musical passion towards contemporary music.

Kirstin is a singer/songwriter who was born and raised in Missoula MT. Growing up Kirstin was involved in musical theater & selective choirs. While in high school she sang back ground vocals for Kenny Rogers and had the opportunity to sing in the US captial for Senators and various events. Throughout High school Kirstin would walk over to the University of Montana and study voice with selective teachers. Kirstin continued her Study at the University of Montana after high school for a year. She then moved to Boston MA to pursue her passion for music at Berklee College of Music. Other artists such as John Mayer, Melissa Etheridge and Diana Krall attended Berklee. While in Boston Kirstin sang with several bands and sang with several artists such as Bootsy Collins. (James Brown's Bassist). Kirstin graduated from Berklee concentrating on Vocal performance.

Kirstin has a fun and energetic studio where she teaches students the life long skill of singing. Kirstin's vocal training will have you ready for any audition or gig. She will teach breathe support/control, diction, stylistic phrasings, music interpretation, expanding vocal ranges, mic technique and vocal health.

As a mile marker Kirstin offers to record the songs you've been working on. Kirstin specializes in teaching Pop, Rock, Country, & Jazz, however if a student has a desire to work on some musical theater for an upcoming audition or for fun Kirstin is more than willing to teach what the student wants to learn.
