Over 12 years of playing experience. Studied Jazz Improv and Jazz Theory at USC-Upstate under Dr. Gregg Akkerman, studied under playing greats Bobby Gaines, and Joe Bennett.
Hi, my name is John Petty and I run JP Studios. The studio is upstairs of the Emmanuel Arts Studio in downtown Inman, SC. I am available to teach guitar, bass, and piano. My main focus besides teaching is mentoring, and having a Christ-centered work environment. Instructing and learning alongside youth is a very important aspect to me, and I will do everything to be a good role model and inspiration for my students.
