Holds a Master of Music from Colorado State University and Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Missouri Kansas City Conservatory of Music. Member of Phi Kappa Lambda music honors society. Member of Music Teachers National Association and their local chapter Fort Collins Music Teachers Association(FCMTA). Member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
Mezzo-soprano, Mary Beth Eversole, is an emerging artist in the performing world. Ms. Eversole has been seen performing such roles as the Baroness in The Sound of Music, Hansel in Hansel and Gretel, Nursing Sister in Suor Angelica, Charlotte in A Little Night Music, Sue in No, No Nanette, Mrs. Bedwin in Street Scene,and Third Spirit in Die Zauberflöte. Ms. Eversole has also had the pleasure of performing numerous roles in opera scenes with UMKC, AIMS in Graz, Austria, LOT, CSU, Bethesda Music Festival and Emerald City Opera.She was an apprentice artist with OFC in 2009-2010 and ECO in Summer 2010.
Another venue of performing she pursues is acting in film and commercials and recording voice over. Maximum Talent Agency represents her for film and commercial acting and voice over. Recent roles in short films include Sophie in The Professional, Natasha in No Soliciting,and Lady Liberty in Monopoly Man. She is currently filming a webisode with On the Rise Productions in which she plays Nicole. Ms. Eversole is also a contracted voice over talent for Clear Channel Radio Network.Ms. Eversole maintains a voice and piano studio out of her home studio in addition to her performing career. She incorporates a well rounded education in her lessons which includes healthy fundamental technique, pedagogy, and music theory for all students, as well as language diction and performance coaching for her voice students. Ms. Eversole accepts students age 6 and up for piano and 12 and up for voice.
