Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oakland University,
Certification from the National Guild of Piano Teachers, along with being in the National Guild of Hall of Fame, National Federation of Music Clubs Teacher and Chairperson, member of Vivace Music Club, and American Guild of Music Teacher.
Vanessa keeps busy judging at Federation Auditions, American Guild, MMA and National Guild auditions, attending piano workshops and camps to stay on top of all teaching techniques and technology.
Vanessa has developed an edcuational program complete with an original rhyme book, movie, coloring book, activity book, sticker and listening appreciation game with cd and pictures. Edvard Grieg, Beethoven, Jon Secada and Joel Somellian are featured.
With 25 years of professional teaching experience, Vanessa still enjoys starting new projects and ideas. Vanessa encourages positive attitude and dedication to reach goals that will help in all aspects of life.

Students can take advantage of lessons that include theory, history, technique, master classes, auditions, competitions, recitals, or just the basics for fun!
